The Christian County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a two-vehicle collision on the MLK Bypass Monday.
According to the collision report, a vehicle operated by Christy Rudolph of Crofton was heading eastbound when a vehicle driven by Jessica Zahner of Greenville was heading westbound and one of the vehicles crossed over the center line and into the path of the other. Rudolph reportedly attempted to swerve but overcorrected, causing her vehicle to strike the other in the front driver side.
Rudolph was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries to her head and legs, while Zahner was transported due to head injuries.
Everyone involved was wearing a seatbelt.
