One of two suspects wanted by Hopkinsville police for the Saturday morning shooting death of Delmour Moncrief in front of the East Ninth Street Valero gas station has been arrested.
Public Information Officer Mike Atkins says 21-year old Dalton Hall was arrested in Alabama and he’s facing charges of murder, tampering with evidence and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
HPD is still asking for the public’s help to locate 26-year old David Rashawn King, who is wanted for murder.
