University Heights downed Lyon County 3-1 behind a stellar pitching performance from Luke Welch. Welch allowed the Lyons just four hits and struck out eight in getting the complete game win. The Blazers had just five hits in the game in improving to 5-5 and will face Crittenden County in Dawson Springs at 5:30 today.
