Todd County man charged with sexual abuse, meth possession

A Todd County man was served with a warrant Sunday morning for sexual abuse and he is facing new drug charges.

The warrant alleges that on January 14 of this year, 58-year old Randy McIntyre of Elkton exposed himself to a juvenile female and touched her in an inappropriate way while saying things of a sexual nature to her.

Todd County Sheriff’s Sgt. Patrick Turner arrested McIntyre at his home on Dossett Road Sunday morning and an arrest citation says there was a glass pipe that contained methamphetamine residue in plain view on a coffee able.

A search of his person allegedly revealed a container holding crystal meth in one of his pocket.

McIntyre is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
