A Freeze Warning remains in effect until 9 o’clock this morning and from 10 tonight until 9 a.m. Friday morning for all of our listening area.
The National Weather Service in Paducah says while temperatures have been below freezing in most places this morning, the mercury should dip as low as the mid-20’s Friday morning, which would harm or kill any sensitive vegetation left unprotected.
Unprotected outdoor plumbing could also be damaged.
A rare Hard Freeze Warning is in effect for tonight and Friday morning in Middle Tennessee.
