After several people were killed in flash flooding over the weekend in Middle Tennessee, that area is under another flash flood watch until late Wednesday night.
The watch includes Montgomery, Stewart, Robertson and counties to the south, with the National Weather Service in Nashville saying Middle Tennessee could see one to two more inches of rain on ground that’s already saturated.
Rivers and creeks are also already elevated in the watch area.
Heavy rainfall could cause additional flooding, especially in the usual low-lying and poor drainage areas.
