While Western Kentucky avoided the worst of the severe weather Thursday, there’s another threat for Saturday afternoon, evening and night.
The Storm Prediction Center has outlined Western Kentucky in a slight risk and portion of Middle Tennessee in an enhanced risk.
Damaging winds and large hail will be the primary threats, though an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 7 p.m. Sunday for Middle Tennessee.
The National Weather Service in Paducah says heavy rainfall is possible in Western Kentucky Saturday night.
