Blanchfield Army Community Hospital is expanding the population of people eligible for COVID-19 vaccines on Fort Campbell.
Beginning April 1, Blanchfield will expand COVID-19 vaccination to Tier 2 TRICARE Prime beneficiaries age 16 and older who are enrolled to one of the hospital’s medical homes.
Beneficiaries in the Tier 2 COVID-19 vaccine category may access the appointment schedule through a link on the hospital’s webpage beginning 12:05 a.m., Sunday to book vaccine appointments for April 1 and beyond.
They will need to enter their DOD ID number, first and last name, and contact information, including an email address when they sign up online
