Unemployment was down slightly from January to February in Kentucky.
The state’s February jobless rate was 5.2 percent, according to the Kentucky Center for Statistics.
That was down a tenth of a point from January and up one percent from the 4.2 percent recorded for the state one year ago.
The U.S. seasonally adjusted jobless rate for February was 6.2 percent, down from the 6.3 percent reported in January, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
