Hopkinsville police arrested a woman for theft of a vehicle Tuesday.
An arrest citation for 23-year old Kiara Sims of Hopkinsville says a man offered her a ride, but that he told her she could get out of his Ford Escape when she didn’t like the route he was taking.
Both individuals got out of the automobile and Sims allegedly ran to the driver’s side, got in and drove away.
She was located with the stolen vehicle on North O’Neal Avenue and charged with felony auto theft.
