Gonzaga will be the top-overall seed for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. The Bulldogs are unbeaten this season at 26-and-0. Baylor, Illinois, and Michigan have been awarded the other top seeds.
The only Kentucky based school in the tournament this year is Ohio Valley Conference champion Morehead State, who plays West Virginia Friday in its opening round game in the South Region in Indianapolis.
Tennessee is in the Midwest Region and faces Oregon State in its first game Friday in Indianapolis.
