Action at the Ford Center in Evansville Wednesday included Austin Peay’s women losing to Belmont 54-50. The Governors season ends in the opening round of the OVC tournament for the second straight year as the Governors conclude 12-11.
In men’s action, top seed Belmont crushed SIU Edwardsville 78-61 and Morehead State defeated Southeast Missouri 61-54.
