A Lewisburg man was severely injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday morning in Logan County.
It happened a few minutes after 6 a.m. and the Logan County Sheriff’s Department says 33-year old Jordan Wooldridge of Lewisburg had been traveling Morgantown Road when he hit ice on the road as he topped a hill.
His pickup then went off the road and struck a tree.
Wooldridge was transported by EMS to a landing zone, where a helicopter then flew him to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville with injuries to his face, head and arm.
