Colin Morikawa is celebrating his first career World Golf Championships victory. He carded a three-under 69 in Sunday’s final round to win the WGC – Workday Championship at The Concession in Bradenton, Florida. Morikawa finished at 18-under-par for the tournament to earn his fourth career victory and first since winning the PGA Championship last fall. Brooks Koepka, Viktor Hovland, and Billy Horschel tied for second at minus-15.
Kevin Sutherland at 15 under par was a two shot winner over Mike Weir at the PGA Tour Champions Cologuard Classic in Tuscon, AZ. Franklin’s Kenny Perry tied for 14th at six under and Phil Mickelson tied for 20th at four under par.
