Even though the 2021 season is a few weeks away, the Kentucky Softball Coaches Association has announced their preseason regional selections and players to watch.
Henderson County is the preseason favorite in the 2nd region with Lyon County second, Christian County third, Madisonville fourth and Webster County fifth.
Christian County’s Madison “Pickle” Winkler is the top 2nd region Player to Watch, with Serenity Shemwell listed as the third player to watch this season.
Marshall County is the preseason favorite to win the 1st region, Daviess County in the 3rd region and Warren East is tops in the 4th region.
