The Christian County Health Department is opening up COVID-19 vaccine appointments to anyone 60 and older as they move into the beginning stages of Phase 1C.
Amanda Sweeney-Brunt with the health department says you don’t need to have an underlying health condition to make an appointment to receive a vaccine at the Bruce Convention Center—you only need to be 60 or older.
Appointments can be made by logging onto the Christian County Health Department website or by calling 270-887-4160, Extension 640.
Walk-ins will not be accepted at the Bruce Center vaccine clinic.
The health department continues to offer free COVID testing Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 until 10:45 a.m. at Tie Breaker Park.
