Golf Digest reports Tiger Woods was involved in a single vehicle accident in Los Angeles today. The extent of any potential injuries, as well as the circumstances of the accident are unclear. The 45-year-old Woods had been in Los Angeles for a two day contest shoot with Golf Digest after serving as host of the PGA Tour’s Genesis Invitational last week.
