Former University Heights standout KyKy Tandy had five points and two rebounds in seven minutes off the bench in Xavier’s 63-51 win over Butler Sunday. The Musketeers are now 12-4 and play at Providence Wednesday night.
Women’s: Southeastern Conference action saw second ranked South Carolina down 17th ranked Kentucky 76-55 and 22nd ranked Georgia edged 21st ranked Tennessee 57-55.
Third ranked Louisville was upset by Florida State 68-59. Louisville is now 20-2 on the season.
