Multiple reports indicate former Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn will become the head coach at Central Florida. The 55-year-old Malzahn was fired at Auburn December 13th and would replace Josh Heupel-recently hired by Tennessee.

The Tampa Bay Times reports Tampa Bay running back Leonard Fournette almost didn’t get to make the run to help the Buccaneers win the Super Bowl. Fournette had a sit down with Coach Bruce Arians near the end of the regular season in which Arians almost cut him. Fournette totaled 448 yards from scrimmage and four touchdowns during the Buccaneers’ playoff run, including a performance in Super Bowl LV where he notched 89 yards rushing.
