The Houston Texans released star defensive player J.J. Watt Friday. The five-time Pro Bowler said he asked for his release and the team’s owners agreed to give it to him. Watt said he’s excited as he looks forward to the future. ESPN reported Friday night several teams expressed initial interest including the Tennessee Titans.
