One person was killed in an accident Wednesday morning on US 68 in Trigg County.
Trigg County Deputy Coroner Matthew Phillips has identified the victim as 18-year old Anthony James “AJ” Boyer of Trigg County, who was pronounced deceased as the scene.
Transportation Cabinet officials say it happened at the Woodland Trace interchange in the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area near the three mile-marker and personnel say it was a single-vehicle accident
A Kentucky State Police reconstructionist was called in to investigate the crash. The Trigg County Coroner’s Office and the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office continue to investigate.
