The Todd County Health Department reported the county’s 26th death and 10 new cases Tuesday, while Trigg County added seven new cases.
Two of Trigg County’s new cases are minors and five are adults—all ranging in age from seven to 73.
Todd County Public Health Director Jen Harris did not release any information on the fatality, but noted several of the new cases are related to the outbreak at the Todd County Jail.
Twenty-six of Todd County’s active cases are healing at home and two are hospitalized.
