University Heights trailed by 15 to Bowling Green after three quarters and was outscored 27-4 in the final period in losing to the top ranked Purples 88-50. The Blazers were led in scoring by DJ Quarles with 17 points and KJ Crump added 16 as they fell to 2-6. Bowling Green improved to 7-0 behind 20 points from Isaiah Mason as the Purples had four players in double figures. UHA is back in action Friday night at Christian County.
