Tonight’s 8th District Girls contest between Hopkinsville and University Heights Academy has been postponed. No make up date has been set at this time. Also The Trigg County/Lyon County 5th District contest has been postponed for tonight in Cadiz. The Wildcats will have to pause their program for 14 days after a positive Covid-19 test within their program. Earlier in the day The Christian County Public School System announced that The Hopkinsville Boys Basketball team would pause team workouts and ballgames for 14 days because of a positive Covid-19 test within the program. The Tigers will return to workouts on February 11th and play their first game after the break on Tuesday, February 16th. The Christian County Girls JV Basketball team has also paused workouts and games until February 9th.
