Longtime NFL tight end Jason Witten is ready to call it a career again. The 38-year-old plans to sign a one-day contract with Dallas and retire as a Cowboy. Witten played for Las Vegas last season after 16 years in “Big D.” He retired for one year after 2017, but returned in 2019.
The Houston Texans have their next head coach. Multiple reports say they are hiring Baltimore Ravens assistant David Culley. He’s spent the last three seasons with the Ravens serving as assistant head coach, passing game coordinator, and wide receivers coach. The Texans fired head coach Bill O’Brien in October after an 0-and-4 start. Houston finished 4-and-12.
