Running back Eric Gray is leaving Tennessee to play for Oklahoma. The Vols’ leading rusher last year as a sophomore made the announcement on social media. He rushed for 246 yards in 2019 against Vanderbilt to set a school record for a true freshman.
Pat Fitzgerald will be coaching the Northwestern football team for a while. The university has signed the 46-year-old to a new deal that runs through the 2030 season. Fitzgerald is the winningest coach in Northwestern history after being hired in 2006.
