Blair Green scored 18 points as the 12th-ranked Kentucky women’s team held off Auburn 76-71 last night at Auburn. Kentucky improved to 11-3 overall/ 4-2 in the SEC and is back in action Sunday afternoon at Tennessee.
Speaking of the Lady Vols, the 25th team in the nation fell to third ranked Connecticut 67-61. Tennessee is now 9-3 on the season.
Top ranked Louisville cruised past 23rd ranked Syracuse 67-54. The Cardinals are now 13-0 overall/ 6-0 in the ACC and play at Wake Forest Sunday.
