Western Kentucky’s Charles Bassey just missed a double-double with 24 points and nine rebounds as the Hilltoppers completed a series sweep of Marshall 69-67 Sunday afternoon. Carson Williams added 16 points-which included three three point goals in the win. WKU improved to 11-4 overall and 4-2 in Conference USA play. WKU is back in action next Saturday beginning a two game series at Middle Tennessee.
