Hopkinsville’s downtown railroad crossings were closed for a little less than an hour Friday morning after a vehicle and train collided at the East 14th Street crossing.
Hopkinsville Police Sgt. Rico Rodriguez says a vehicle was traveling westbound a few minutes before 11 o’clock on East 14th and collided with the CSX train as it was traversing the tracks.
No one was injured in the incident and the train had moved on by about 11:45 a.m
