Third suspect arrested for disappearance of man last seen in Oak Grove

The third suspect sought in connection with a missing Clarksville man who was lasts seen in Oak Grove has been arrested.

Kentucky State Police say 22-year old Marquell Devont’e Sims of Oak Grove turned himself in at the Christian County Sheriff’s Office and he’s charged with first-degree robbery and assault and kidnapping.

As previously reported, Justin Tyler Sawyer was last seen December 17 at the Shell Station on KY 115 in Oak Grove and Clarksville police said last month that foul play was suspected.

Investigation by KSP and CPD led to the arrest on January 5 of 20-year old Dawuan Davis of Clarksville for the same charges as Sims.  He was located at an apartment on Mandarin Drive in Oak Grove and lodged in the Christian County Jail.

On Monday detectives went to the same apartment complex and arrested 36-year old Gene “Doug” Henry of Oak Grove for abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
