Clarksville police are investigating after a teen was shot Tuesday night on Lavender Circle.
Officers responded about 5 p.m. to the 3700 block of Lavender and found a 17-year old male with a gunshot wound, according to Detective Michael Patterson, who says the teen was taken to an area hospital and his condition is unknown.
The shooting is described as an isolated incident and anyone with information should call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
