One of the winningest coaches in Kentucky high school football died Friday. Bob Schneider, who coached Newport Central Catholic from 1966-2009 passed away at age 82. Schneider won 345 games, third best in Kentucky high school football history and won three state championships in 1984, 2004 and 2005. He also led NCC to six other championship game appearances.
