Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch is optimistic about what 2021 will bring to the city.
Without divulging any specifics, Mayor Lynch said during his regular appearance Friday morning on WHOP that he’s aware of expected opening of new businesses in the city this year.
The mayor says the pressing item at the moment is getting the pandemic under control as Christian County has reported some of its highest new case totals in recent days.
Mayor Lynch is urging people to wear their mask in public, wash their hands frequently and social distance as much as possible.
