The Cincinnati Reds are adding pitcher Art Warren after reaching a deal with the Texas Rangers. The Reds will send the Rangers cash for the 27-year-old right-hander. He last pitched in 2019 when he appeared in six games for the Seattle Mariners without giving up an earned run over five-plus innings.
