Lewisburg teen flown to Vanderbilt hospital after accident

A Lewisburg teenager was flown to a Nashville hospital following a single-vehicle accident Friday afternoon in Logan County.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office investigated and determined 20-year old Bradley Spivey of Lewisburg was westbound on Quality Road when his vehicle dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway.

He over-corrected and lost control as he traveled into the eastbound lane, causing his vehicle to overturn multiple times as he exited the right shoulder again.

It came to rest after hitting a parked car and his passenger, 17-year old Rachel Miller of Lewisburg, was ejected.

She was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, while Spivey was transported to Logan Memorial Hospital.
