The Crimson Tide led by as many as 24 points in the fourth quarter before the Fighting Irish scored inside the game’s final minute.
Justin Fields threw for 385 yards and six touchdowns as third-ranked Ohio State beat down second-ranked Clemson 49-28 at the Sugar Bowl Friday night in New Orleans. With the win, O-S-U will move on to face number one Alabama in the College Football Playoff championship game on January 11th.
