A Hopkinsville man is facing a felony theft charge after he allegedly stole a tractor from a business in Christian County in May of this year.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department arrest warrant, 50-year old Jody Blake of Hopkinsville allegedly stole a New Holland tractor from the business by driving it through a fence and then across a wheat field. There is video of Blake’s vehicle, trailer and four-wheeler being at the business around 2:45 a.m. the morning the tractor was stolen.
The trailer and four-wheeler were found at Blake’s residence, and wheat was found on the trailer. The stolen tractor was later located at a residence in Crofton. Blake was arrested and charged with felony theft.
