Hopkinsville police are investigating after a pickup was struck by gunfire Wednesday night on Sanderson Drive.
A police report says it happened a few minutes before 8 p.m. in the 1200 block of Sanderson near North Main and that three .40 caliber shell casings were located in the area.
No one was injured in the shooting and the incident is being investigated as first-degree wanton endangerment.
