A single-vehicle accident Friday morning in Calloway County sent the driver to a local hospital.
It happened about 7:30 a.m. and the report from the Calloway County Sheriff’s Department says 89-year old Olen Williams of Murray had been westbound on Todd Road when his car left the roadway in a sharp curve and struck a tree.
Williams was not wearing a seat belt and was taken by EMS to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
