Ninth ranked Kentucky suffered its first loss of the season at DePaul 86-82. Chastity Patterson led UK with 22 points while Rhyne Howard had 18 points and 12 rebounds. The Wildcats entertain Wofford in a noon game on Saturday.
Western Kentucky had five players in double figures as the Lady Toppers routed Bellarmine 82-49 to improve to 1-3 on the season. WKU hosts Mercer Friday night at 6 pm.
