A Princeton man was arrested Monday night after he allegedly set a fire during a domestic disturbance.
Police responded to a call on Skyline Drive in Princeton about 6 p.m. and determined 60-year old Dennis Cummins of Princeton had allegedly set a bed on fire and then assaulted a woman who had already taken out an emergency protective order against him.
Cummins was arrested and charged with first-degree arson, resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault, and violation of an EPO.
