Hopkinsville police arrested a man for indecent exposure Monday night.
An arrest citation for 27-year old Dustin Gary of Hopkinsville says HPD received complaints of him walking down the road in the area of Fairview Drive and Victory Drive while pulling down his pants and exposing his genitals to passing cars.
Police say there were small children in the area at the time and that officers observed him exposing himself.
Gary was charged with first-degree indecent exposure.
