Two Nebo residents were injured in an accident Saturday afternoon in Madisonville.
It happened about 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of South Main Street and McCoy Avenue, with Madisonville police saying 57-year old Debra Jones of Nebo was westbound on McCoy and struck a southbound car on South Main that was driven by a juvenile as she entered the intersection.
Their vehicles collided, with Jones and her passenger—24-year old Steven Jones of Nebo—both taken by EMS to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of injuries.
Multiple juveniles from both vehicles complained of injuries, but did not require an ambulance trip to the hospital.
