Virtual instruction continues at UHA next week

University Heights Academy is sticking with virtual instruction for all grades for at least another week.

Headmaster Beth Unfried sent an email to parents Thursday night reminding that they legally have no choice but to remain with virtual instruction for middle and upper school classes until at least January 4 due to the governor’s mandate.

She says lower school will be virtual next week with Christian County still red on the state COVID incidence rate map.

If the county were to get out of the red next week, which Unfried acknowledges is unlikely, UHA’s lower school would return to in-person learning for the week of December 14.

UHA will be offering optional “targeted services” to lower school students who need them on Tuesday and Thursday morning of next week.
