Todd County concluded a record month for spread of COVID-19 with a record day.
The health department reported 15 cases Monday, bringing the November total to 128. All the new patients are adults experiencing varying symptoms.
At least 370 of Todd County’s 435 cases have recovered, 46 are healing at home, six are hospitalized and there have been 13 deaths.
