WYMT-Hazard reports Middlesboro High School is the 18th team to decide not to play in the KHSAA playoffs that begins this week. The Yellow Jackets were the two seed in Class 2-A District 7. Meanwhile, the Courier Journal reports Hart County and Powell County have also decided not to participate in the KHSAA playoffs.
