Fulton County is one of several teams who announced Monday they will not participate in the KHSAA Football Playoffs that begin this week. Fulton County was scheduled to travel to Russellville. The Panthers will receive a first round bye and face Crittenden County a week from Friday. Other teams announcing they will not play Monday were Washington County, Marion County and Mason County.
