Millbrooke Elementary School interim Principal Renikka Owen has been selected by the school’s site based decision making council to continue leading the school as principal going forward.
District Spokesperson John Rittenhouse says Owen has held the interim position since April and previously served as assistant principal.
She’s worked in the school system for 12 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and multiple Master’s Degrees from WKU and Murray State University.
