Second round play was stopped at The Masters Friday due to darkness. Louisville area native Justin Thomas is among four players tied for the lead in the clubhouse at nine under par. Patrick Cantlay and Sung Jae Im are each eight under, with Hideki Matsuyama and Jon Rahm also at that mark with their second round play to continue Saturday morning.
Owensboro amateur John Augenstein is three under through two rounds and Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker still has three holes to play and is at one under. The second round will conclude Saturday morning with the cut to be made and third round play will follow.
