KHSAA Commissioner Julian Tackett says despite multiple cancellations during the football season, he’s happy how things have gone. In an interview this week with WKYT-Lexington, Tackett said the week delay in starting the playoffs gives schools a chance to plan for the post season.
Tackett also mentioned that attendance capacity at winter sports events will be just 15 percent. Tackett adds he knows families will have to make tough choices, but it will be worth it if games can continue.
